OVERVIEW
This role will lead design projects, communicate with clients/staff, participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to a highly collaborative team. Articulate & detailed, you should also have a sense of humor and thrive in a fast paced environment.

• In-depth understanding of interface design/usability.
• Requirements include 3-5 years experience in interactive agency environment
• Demonstrate passion for quality and commitment to client satisfaction
• Strong personal organizational skills
• Formulate and present design concepts to clients
• Professional and graceful under pressure and tight deadlines
• Respectful and clear communicator
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Flash
